Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
• Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID.

Refund Policy

• If an order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded.
• Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
• Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

Return & Exchange

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.

Non-Refundable Items

• Items purchased during sales or promotions are non-refundable.
• Customized or altered products are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where Elriado Clothing is at fault.
